    Method:

    • Cut the chocolate into small pieces to make melting easier.
    • Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
    • Place the bowl over a double boiler, with the bottom pan containing hot but not boiling water. Make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water.
    • Stir the chocolate continuously until it melts completely. It's best to use a wooden spoon for this purpose.
    • Once the chocolate is liquid and melted, add the vegetable oil and mix well until the mixture is smooth.

    • You can start dipping the candy or fruits into the melted chocolate. Make sure to gently stir the candy to ensure it is evenly coated with chocolate.
    • After coating, lift the candy and shake it to remove excess chocolate.
    • Place the submerged candy on parchment paper or a draining rack to dry.
    • You can place the candy in the refrigerator to speed up the drying process.
    • Once the chocolate has dried, store it in an airtight container. Close in a cool, dry place.

Remember that this is the basic method, and you can adjust the quantities and ratios according to the amount you want to prepare.
