Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cocoa butter (may contain oils plant-based (such as coconut oil or almond oil)
  • 1/4 cup plant-based sugar (such as cane or beet sugar)
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk (almond milk, coconut milk, or soy milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon plant-based lecithin emulsifier (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions:
  • Melt the Butter: In a small bowl over a double boiler, melt the cocoa butter until it becomes liquid.
  • Add the Other Ingredients:
  • After the cocoa butter is melted, add the plant sugar and plant milk and mix well until the sugar dissolves.
  • Adding the flavorings:
  • Add the vegetable lecithin emulsifier, if using, and add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Continue stirring until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Cooling:Pour the mixture into chocolate molds or a small tray, then refrigerate for several hours until the chocolate sets.
